The Has-beens know about unconscious biases. We suffer from them too! We also advocate for DEI&B. We specialize in bringing awareness to biases and other little stinkers in a project, but will not pretend we know everything in the continuously evolving DEI&B culture. If we make a mistake, correct us! We want to create safe spaces, not just in our collaborations, but starting from the moment we meet you.
Like many professionals in the creative industries, we are highly skilled people who have been undervalued, sometimes due to unconscious bias or straight-up microaggressions. This has made us dedicated to accelerating the transition in creative fields to being sustainable and equitable by creating a platform to make the invisible visible through storytelling and educational community experiences.
